The best place to start is your insurance carrier's website or by calling the phone number on your card for coverage.  "Locally, CAP services have a Mental Health Navigation program for Waupaca County residents that can assist with connecting to Mental Health resources and services and navigating health insurance, contact 715-281-4355"  Covering Wisconsin is a nonprofit based out of UW that helps people in Wisconsin find and use health insurance. Covering Wisconsin’s network of expert Health Insurance Navigators provide free help all year. Families can talk to a Navigator to: Contact a Navigator at Covering Wisconsin by scheduling online, calling Covering Wisconsin at 608-261-1455, or connecting via chat online or by texting COVER to 920-507-5295.
