If you or a loved one is feeling helpless, hopeless, despair, loss, major personality changes, giving things away, sleep and eating changes, major sadness, moodiness, sudden bursts or rage,loss of interest in activities,thinking or talking about death, call or escort the person in crisis to emergency services such as a mental health clinic, hospital, sheriff/police department, or crisis line.

"Locally, CAP services have a Mental Health Navigation program for Waupaca County residents that can assist with connecting to Mental Health resources and services and navigating health insurance, contact 715-281-4355" Covering Wisconsin is a nonprofit based out of UW that helps people in Wisconsin find and use health insurance. Covering Wisconsin’s network of expert Health Insurance Navigators provide free help all year.
