Interested in joining us as a Vendor at Wicked Bizarre?  Here's all the information you need to know...

WELCOME TO 2024 REGISTRATION!



Our first 5 years of Wicked Bizarre were a huge success.  We had a good turn out and expect this year to be bigger and better yet!  We thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor.  Here is some important information to review about this year's event. As always, if you have any questions about the event, please feel free to contact us via email or messenger.

*Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Receiving payment and submitting this contract indicates your registration is complete and you will be assigned a spot as soon as payment is received.

*Vendor spaces are approximately 12 feet by 12 feet.  (Indoor spaces are 10x12).

* we will be offering both indoor and outdoor spaces this year.  Preference for indoor/outdoor will also be on a first come/first serve basis

*Electricity is limited. Please let us know that you need electricity and we will do our best to provide it to those who need it.

*We will be open to the public from 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday, September 7th 2024. We ask all vendors to be open promptly at 10 and to remain open until 5 pm.

*Vendor set-up will begin at 6:30am.  And vendors must be set up by 9:30. we open at 10 promptly. if you are not checked in by 9am you will have lost your spot with no refund. Hauling of your goods would interfere with the shopping experience for customers.

 Any supplies you need for your set up (pop up tents, extra tables, chairs etc. will need to be brought with you. we do not supply any.) You may use a 10x10 canopy or a 10x20 canopy for a double space.

*No refunds will be issued on or after August 1st, 2024.  Vendor spaces cost $40 through the end of December and jump up to $50 starting January 1st.

*Vendors are not permitted to sell food items (water, soda, chips etc.)  unless you are a specialty food vendor (popcorn, cotton candy baked goods and ect.). Our event includes Food Truck Services and a bake sale.  Selling food at Vendor booths undermines the profits of these individuals.  We appreciate your understanding of this rule.
