Banana Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups oats

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg and ginger

4 medium ripe bananas

¼ cup raw sunflower seeds

½ cup raisins

Instructions

Preheat 300° F. Line baking sheet with parchment or lightly oiled. Use a blender to process the oats into the consistency of flour. Pour flour into a bowl and add soda and seasoning. Blend bananas in the blender until smooth and add to oats with seeds and raisins and combine. Place on sheet (dip scoop in water if necessary). Bake 15 min. Store in airtight container.
