Avocado Salad

Ingredients

2 large or 4 small avocados

1 can corn (1 ½ cup)

1 can black beans (1 ½ cup)

1 green pepper diced

1 half onion diced

1 tomato diced

Sliced olives

Lemon juice (1 lemon)

Lime juice (1 lime)

Olive oil

Cumin

Chili pepper

Salt

Pepper

3-5 garlic cloves

Instructions

1. Mince garlic

2. Heat 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil over medium heat

3. Sauté garlic for a minute

4. Move garlic infused oil to small bowl and add lemon juice, lime juice, salt; pepper, chili powder, and cumin to taste

5. Rinse beans and corn

6. Diced remaining vegetables

7. Mix everything in medium bowl

8. Adjust seasoning to taste
