Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970's. This program is an evidence based modality that has been shown to be effective in helping navigate the curve balls that life will throw at you. MBSR is a group based class that is 8 weeks long.
