Helping children become the best they can be

We help children from very poor families to stay the course and keep up with schoolwork, nudging them to raise their aspirations. We do this through after-school tutorials and a formation program that challenges them to think more critically, nurtures their innate resiliency, and encourages them to make giving an integral part of their lives. A support program for families, esp. the children's mothers mothers, fosters their ability to help each other and re-fresh their ideas on parenting so that collectively they can create a sustainable caring environment for children at home and in the community.

Our programs. We provide academic support through group tutorials in reading and math, as well as, basic literacy classes and one-on-one tutorials. Through a parallel formation program, we strive to develop among our young people a critical attitude and an interest in "knowing why", an awareness of their worth and an appreciation for others’, confidence in their abilities, and an attitude of caring.
