TOGETHER... IN THE WINDS OF CHANGE

PORTUGUESE LTTA

Between 18 and 21 january 2022, the 1st LTTA-staff of our project took place in Cinfães, with the participation of 8 teachers, 2 from each of the partner schools.

18.01.2022  - 1st day of our LTTA-staffFinally we started our first face-to-face LTTA, with a  meeting-staff in Portugal. Until Friday, Portuguese school receives 8 teachers from our partner schools and there are many activities to be carried out. Today, my morning we had the reception at school with a students performance of the Europe and Portuguese hymns and a portuguese traditional song. Then, we visited the school and had a meeting with the presentation of the educational systems of each of the countries. After lunch we were received in the Town Hall by the Mayor. The day enden with the 1st workshop about the importance of emotional intelligence to support learning. 

19.01.2022 - 2nd day of our LTTA-staff

Today we had an interesting workshop about communication and dramatic expression dinamized by teacher Rita Almeida. Then we went to visit the Support Center for Learning in S. Cristóvão School. After lunch we visited Gralheira, a typical village where rural traditions are very strong.

20.01.2022 - 3rd day of our LTTA-staff

By morning we had a workshop about the importance of formative assessment. It's very important to support students with different and creative tasks, giving always feedback and clear indications of what must be achieve by students. After lunch we made another cultural visit by train to Pinhão, a village near Douro river where are wonderful landscapes and where is produce Porto Wine.

21.01.2022 - 4th day of our LTTA-staff

Last day of our experience of sharing good pedagogical practices and developing workshops. Today's workshop was about the importance of non-formal education to motivate students to achieve 21st century skills. At the end of the day we discussed and evaluated this LTTA and all the participants could receipt their own certificates. It was a great experience. Our thanks to all teams and friends that helped us to manage this LTTA. Together... always!!!
