Hello. I am ooo. I am responsible for technical support for VAXE Moldflow and teaching you how to use the Moldflow for product designers.

일반적으로 성형불량의 50% 이상이 제품 설계 디자인에서 출발합니다. 때문에 제품 디자인을 담당하시는 분들의 사출공정을 고려한 해석을 통해 제품 디자인을 최적화 하는 것이 절실히 필요합니다.

Generally, more than 50% of mold defects initiates from the product design stage. That’s why it is urgently required to optimize the product design through analysis that considers the injection process executed by people in charge of product design.

하지만 디자인 을 담당하시는 분들께서 성형해석 프로그램 사용방법을 알지 못해 해석팀이나 외주업체에 맡기시는 분들이 많습니다.

However, many personnel in charge of design do not grasp how to use the molding analysis program so that they delegate the task to the analysis team or outsourcing company.

이렇게 해석을 맡기게 되면 시간도 오래 걸리고 보안 이나 비용적인 측면에서도 어려움이 있으실 것으로 생각됩니다.

When you delegate the analysis task, not only does it take a long time, but it also causes you troubles regarding security issues and expenses.

이 강좌는 그런 분들께 최대한 쉽고 간단하게 Moldflow를 알려 드리고자 제작되었습니다.

This course is prepared to guide those to use Moldflow as easily and simply as possible.

So far, waste recycling tended to put responsibility and obligation on consumers.

하지만 재활용 활성화를 위해 제품 생산자에게도 일정부분 책임을 지도록 의무를 부여했는데,

On the other side, a producer of products is also granted an obligation to take responsibility for vitalizing recycling.

이것이 생산자책임재활용제도, 즉 EPR제도입니다.

That is the EPR system, Extended Producer Responsibility.
