계약서

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (hereinafter, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between I-ne Co., Ltd., a corporation duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Japan (hereinafter referred to as “I-ne”) and ●●●●, a corporation duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of ●●●● (●●,[礒谷　皆実1] hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) as follows concerning the handling of Confidential Information (as defined in Article 1) which is mutually disclosed between I-ne and COMPANY (also referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”).

본 기밀유지협약 (이하 “협약”이라 칭함) 은 일본 법령에 따라 적법하게 설립되어 유효하게 존속하는 법인인 I-ne Co., Ltd (이하 “I-ne”라 칭함) 과 ●●●● 법령에 따라 적법하게 설립되어 유효하게 존속하는 법인인 ●●●● (이하 “회사”라 칭함) 사이에 체결되었으며, I-ne와 회사 (이후 개별적으로 지칭할 때에는 “당사자”, 또는 집합적으로 지칭될 때에는 “당사자들”이라 칭함) 간에 상호 공개되는 기밀 정보 (본 협약의 제 1조에서 정의) 의 취급에 대해 다루고 있다.

Article 4 Accident Report

In the event of violation of Article 3 or if there is any risk of such violation, the Receiving Party shall immediately report the matter to the Disclosing Party and follow the instructions of the Disclosing Party.

제 4조 사고 신고/보고

본 협약의 제 3조를 위반하거나 위반할 우려가 있을 경우, 정보 수령자는 해당 사항을 즉시 공개 당사자에게 보고하고, 공개 당사자의 지시에 따라야 한다.

Article 9 Warranty for Confidential Information, etc.

1. The Parties shall disclose Confidential Information on an "as is" basis.

2. The Disclosing Party warrants that it retains the legitimate right to disclose the Confidential Information to the Receiving Party.

제 9조 기밀 정보 등에 대한 보증

1. 당사자들은 기밀 정보를 ‘있는 그대로’ 공개해야 한다.

2. 정보를 공개하는 당사자는 해당 정보를 공개한 후에도, 이러한 기밀 정보를 공개할 수 있는 정당한 권리를 보유하고 있다는 사실을 선언/보증한다.
