Our Mission Statement
"To provide Robson residents an appropriate opportunity to socialize with their neighbors while enjoying the hobbies of RC Flying and RC Car Racing in a friendly atmosphere."
Social events are enjoyed throughout the year for members and their spouses. These include picnics at the park, outings to local events and dinners.
Membership
Membership is limited to men and women who are Robson Ranch, AZ, residents.
Membership dues are $60 annually for individuals or $75 annually per family. Dues are prorated, however anyone joining after Sept 15 will be entitled to membership for the rest of the current year and the following year.
The RC Park facility is located at the north side of the Robson Ranch community and is for the exclusive use of club members. Guests of club members must be accompanied by the member at all times. Members in good standing are provided gate codes to the locked access points. The facility is available for use 7 days a week.
Meetings
The club meets the third Wednesay of every month in the Robson Ranch Sports Club. Board members are elected annually and any member may run for a position on the Board.
At the Feb 16, 2021 general membership meeting a resolution was approved by the membership condemning the practices of a Nextdoor Group Administrator who wrongfully presents his page as representing Robson Ranch RC Club:
Alan Friedman is the president of the Casa Grande Flyers – an RC Club that is open to anyone who becomes a member of the AMA. His club operates an airstrip and race track. Friedman started a Group on Nextdoor called “Robson Ranch RC Club Posts” which he claims is a group for anyone interested in RC modelling at Robson Ranch. He claims it will have posts from the Robson Ranch RC Club. In fact, the Robson Ranch RC Club Posts group does not represent the Robson Ranch RC Club in any manner. The use of our club name in his group is deceptive, misleading and dishonest. All posts to this group that purport to be from our club are in reality taken from the Robson Ranch RC Club website and pasted to this Group. Most posts are merely promoting the Casa Grande Flyers. Therefore be it resolved that the membership of Robson Ranch RC Club, Inc. condemns Alan Friedman’s deceptive, misleading and dishonest practices concerning Robson Ranch RC Posts.
The Robson Ranch RC Club, Inc. has no issue with the Casa Grande Flyers, just with the "Robson Ranch RC Club Posts" group on Nextdoor.
Note that Alan Friedman has renamed the group, removing the word "Posts" from the title. He now calls this Nextdoor Group "Robson Ranch RC Club" despite it having nothing at all to do with the Robson Ranch RC Club.

Jan 10 - Our first Social gathering of 2020 - appetizers and desserts at the track. Some flying and team racing. Great time! Members, spouses, friends and visitors.
We enjoy eating and socializing almost as much as flying and racing! Sharing with friends and spouses is part of the fun, whether it is gathering at the track or an awards dinner...
