About "On Your Bike"

Welcome to the 36th On Your Bike sponsored ride through North Kent starting and finishing at the Riverside Leisure Area beside the River Thames at Gravesend, DA12 2BT 

Ride our 15, 30 or 45 mile routes and you will ride through many of the most beautiful country lanes in Kent. 

On Your Bike is intended as a 'Fun Ride', putting the fun into fundraising.  But for many of you this is a favourite distance ride that also allows you to help worthy charities.

We thank all of you who have been regular riders across the years and urge you to encourage even more riders to come and join us on 19 May. Our checkpoints with refreshments, support vehicles and radio links will once again be there.

Get your family and friends to join in, or organise a team with four or more entries from work, club, pub, school or just your neighbourhood. Register before 5 May and have your rider pack posted to you - otherwise you will have to collect this on the day.

We do not ask for an entry fee but we rely on your generous donations. Entry through RaceNation allows you to make your donation and provides a SportsGiving page for sponsorship by family, friends and others.

For example a donation of £20 by every rider matched by sponsors would soon get near our target of raising £20,000 to help our main beneficiary ADSS and other Rotary supported charities. There is also an app to keep your followers involved even on the day.

Not forgetting, if you are a tax payer, you and your sponsors by ticking the Gift Aid box add even more to the donations.

Gravesham with Ebbsfleet Rotary is pleased to acknowledge help from Gravesend Cyclists' Touring Club. They are again providing the cycling Sweepers allowing us to know exactly where the tail of each route is throughout the day.
