Top 20 Finalists of the Orange Corners Incubation
Through a rigorous selection process, Obinna emerged as one of the top 20 finalists of the Orange Corners Nigeria Incubation program out of +1,000 applicants. The Orange Corners Nigeria Incubation Program is an initiative of the Kingdom of the Netherlands designed to empower young entrepreneurs and innovators across various industries with mentorship, training, capacity-building support, and access to funding. Obinna secured seed funding of €5,000 through a business pitch for the competition.
Top 82 Finalists of the JL Mastercard Fellowship
Through intensive training for highly committed entrepreneurs, Obinna emerged as one of the top 82 finalists of the Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Fellowship (JL MCF) 2023 Cohort out of +1,500 fellows that started the fellowship. The JL MCF '23 is designed for early-stage African entrepreneurs building innovative start-ups in Africa, the fellowship is being implemented by experienced faculties of the Dunin-Deshpande Queen Innovation Centre at Queen's University, Canada. As part of the top 82 finalists, Obinna secured seed funding of $500 CAD through a business pitch for the competition.

The TEB Health App is a health insurance app designed by me and a team of young talented Africans who are passionate about designing innovative digital solutions that reduce the cost of healthcare and improve access to quality healthcare services while promoting the United Nations and the World Bank's 2030 goals for a Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
