6. Our Recruitment Policy: Our man power is collected through recruiting agencies working in the various part of the rural and urban area. They are reliable and most of them are retired defense personnel. They are paid agent of our company. On arrival their recruitment personal documents are carefully verified by our HR department. We also have a lateral recruitment of trained security personnel migrating other agencies. In such cases, we get more concerned about antecedents and situation under which the security personnel have taken a decision to migrate.
7. Section Process: Recruits are then put through a number of test by the HR Personnel. These tests comprises of physical Standards, mental aptitude and qualification status.

Recruiting agents supply and following documents at the recruitment center:

d. Photos: 4 Copies of PP size and 2 copies of Stamp size

9. Official Enlistment:
Having verified above mentioned documents individual is asked to fill in his bio-data form. He then reads out the Company at in presence of witnesses and sign. Individual particulars are endorsed into our own log book and computer. IT stuff gets busy with photograph in several security verification postures. Personnel coming from defense and paramilitary background are directly recruited after verifying their antecedent and deeply enquiring into their exit process from the parent organization. The selection process of followed by all the divisional offices strictly following the set our standard from the central recruiting office.
10. Training:
Guards are then sent to the training center for training. Experienced guards migrating other security companies are recruited identically and their antecedent are verified from the previous company he served. Guards are then sent for orientation training under the zone supervisors for on job training out. During the training period, Guards are taught various subjects of common manned guard’s duties.

16. Our Guards:
To introduce our security guards, they will be as any professional security group of our country. Our guards will be dressed in olive color shirt trucked inside navy blue trousers over it with a narrow black belt. They will be regularly shaved and wearing clean dress and polished boots. Basic standard of mannerism and curtsey will be displayed by our guards. Generally, they will be school retired but educated guard will be available paying enhanced honorium.
Most of the clients ask for the good security guards with minimum payment. It is difficult to meet both ends. Level of satisfaction will be proportionate remuneration received. Our service will be good if you are willing to spend for our service. With your patronization, we grow.
17. Supervision:
MJM Security Supervisory personnel required to process a minimum of 5 years of law enforcement experience. Our supervisors are charged with scheduling, assigning security posts, and acting as liaison between the office instruction and our client. Supervisory personnel are available to you 24 hours every day in order to maintain quality assurance and customer service.
18. Liability:
We undertake insurance coverage when demanded by our clients in order to protect assets. Normally, a separate deal is made on the subject with experts of insurance companies. As a general rule, we only serve trained manpower to provide general protection to your asset. Financial security will come into full force when a tripartite agreement is made of full coverage.
19. Financial Aspects:
Most of the clients have varied security requirement. Understanding of security and employment of security guards are also diverts. It is often difficult to identify the level of satisfaction respected clients. We, therefore, prefer to settle the financial issue through a meeting after evaluating the total security equipment through our own survey and identifying the specific security requirements of the respected clients. Our costing structure provides for a well paid security professionals and conservative rate to our clients.
20. Financial Terms of Reference:
a. As per government regulation, respected clients will be required to pay value added tax(VAT) as fixed by the national board of revenue. We will collect though monthly bill and deposit the amount into government treasury. If our company enjoys tax holiday or VAT facility, case will be handled separately.
b. You will be required to pay and advance amounting to 01(one) month bill amount including VAT on signing of the agreement. This amount will remain as deposit with us. The amount will be adjusted on termination of the contract.
c. Guards will be allowed weekly holidays and govt. gazette holidays. Duty on holidays will be consider as overtime duty.
d. If living accommodation and cooking facility with gas is available for security guards within our premises, a discount some/amount will be calculated per person per month.
e. Please note any extra duty other than those agreed and included in the deed of agreement will be considered overtime duty and billed at double the agreed time.
f. Bills for additional security, equipment if any will be calculated and billed separately.
g. Festival/Eid Bonus @100% of agreed rate will be charged from you twice a year (50%+50%) before the Muslim Festivals.
h. For English Speaking Guards(Basic Knowledge of English augmented by body language) the rate will be higher than normal rate. Guards of exclusive physical and educational standard will also be higher than normal rate.
i. Payment will be made on monthly basis by account payee cheque on receipt of bill/invoice.
Recruitment and Training
Selection process of the security personnel:
a. Security Guards:
In the case of security personnel, a study of minimum Class VIII, Height 5 feet 5 inches, Nationality certificate from the respective chairman, certificate from two reputed well known gentlemen who are not related to the candidate, color passport size photograph, having a good physical structure, age between 20-45 years, candidate only from among them shall be primarily selected from our recruiting office at 5th Floor, House-16, Road-10, Nikunjo-2, Uttara, Dhaka.
b. Security supervisor/Arms Guards:
From amongst retired personnel (only from the armed force) Sunbedar/Surgent. Those who are only from armed forces(those have worked in their professional career), the duty of guiding the forces also laborious personnel are recruited having substantial granter behind are also recruited. The recruited supervisors perform the duties as under:
Ø To take care of the performance of the security person regarding their performance of the duty.
Ø To ensure that the security person have clean shaved every day. Keep their hair mended, keep dress clean and wearing of polished shoes.
Ø To attend work punctually and to make sure of the finishing of the work in time.
Ø In the event of the absent, security person due to duty strike or other, to make communication with control room and ensure the timely replacement of duty person timely.
Ø Above all, to get the extracted the desired, decent and exact duty from a duty person, would be the main target of the supervisors.
c. Tea boy-Cum messenger/Peon/MLSS:
In the case of facility personnel, a study of minimum SSC, Height 5 feet 4 inches, Nationality certificate from the respective chairman, certificate from two reputed well known gentlemen who are not related to the candidate, color passport size photograph, having a good physical structure, age between 20-45 years, candidate only from among them shall be primarily selected from our recruiting office at 5th Floor, House-16, Road-10, Nikunjo-2, Uttara, Dhaka.
d. Cleaner:
In the case of security personnel, a study of minimum Class VIII, Height 5 feet 4 inches, Nationality certificate from the respective chairman, certificate from two reputed well known gentlemen who are not related to the candidate, color passport size photograph, having a good physical structure, age between 20-45 years, candidate only from among them shall be primarily selected from our recruiting office at 5th Floor, House-16, Road-10, Nikunjo-2, Uttara, Dhaka.
As soon as primarily selected candidates are sent for training to the training center, their police verification forms are also sent to their respective police station for police verification including with their Bio-data. Despite this, home forces also investigate those issues by MJM 01(One) investigation team.
Rigorous package training shall be given to the primarily selected candidates a 07-10 days training will be given to the previously trained person like Ansar, BGB, Armed Force etc. and training of 10-15 days will be given to previously non-trained personnel. To mention here that drawing training period food and accommodation would be provided by MJM side by side of the training observance; the religious activities will also be cheered up.

According the police verification and MJM Security Service Limited investigation report and by the observation of the performance of the three month on temporary employment basis the security personnel are employed on permanent basis.
After the successful completion of training period MJM organize on interview session and proper person is employed into proper working area.
MJM Security Service Limited will provide to each security personnel: Shirt, pant, shoes(boots), Shocks, cap, name plate, company ID card, Linear, Whistle, belts, Umbrella, Gumboot, one roller and head cap(if applicable). To this aspect, mentioned that we also pay due attention the choice recommendation and suggestion of the concern authority, within the price limit fixed by MJM Security Service Limited (MJM).
