What do we offer?

We offer 2 ways for you to achieve your certificated training. The first is to have an Ofqual regulated award, or you can choose a CPD accredited award. Both courses are mapped to each other and follow the same criteria with regard to the formal content of the course. The main difference is the cost, generally, a CPD accredited course costs up to 65% less than an Ofqual course, which is an important issue if cost is one of your deciding factors when you choose your training. Both certifications will boost and improve your continuing professional development and will evidence your commitment to your professional portfolio as a coach/instructor.

How is a course run?

For each course, we have several staff who attend on each of the days. The first is the teacher of the course, we have 1 fully qualified Ofqual teacher (DET) for every 14 learners. We also have an occcupationally competent assessor (CAVA) and an internal quality assurer (IQA) who monitors the sessions of the assessor to make sure that all assessments are conducted fairly.

We can also write or endorse a course idea that you would like to have developed into a recognised and accredited CPD award. You know your training environment better than anyone, so if you have an idea for a qualification that does exist on the market, then just let us know and we will submit it to the awarding body for accreditation.
