Monday

6:30-7:15 PM Community Yoga at Momentum Yoga and Wellness

An all levels Community Yoga practice, connecting movement with the breath. You'll begin with an opening meditation followed by a series of standing, seated, and balance postures. Jenn ends each practice with a guided relaxation to allow you to find a restorative Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to regular practitioners. Jenn offers modifications and variations for each posture to allow students to explore their bodies and find their appropriate edge.

5:00-6:00 pm Yoga Flow at Eastern Athletic Club

Join Jenn Melton every Wednesday at the Eastern Athletic Club in Beaufort for a Flow Yoga practice, connecting movement with the breath. She will you lead you through a opening meditation followed by a series of standing, seated, and balance postures. Jenn ends each practice with a guided relaxation to allow you to find a restorative Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to more advanced yogis. Jenn offers modifications for each posture to allow students to explore their bodies and find their appropriate edge.

Thursday

Join us for an all levels vinyasa flow practice syncing breath and movement at Mill Space next to Mill Whistle Brewing in Beaufort.

We'll begin our practice by creating a mind, body, and breath connection to become present and centered. Then we'll flow through a series of standing, balance, twisted, and seated postures, connecting movement with breath. We'll finish out our practice with a full body relaxation scan, allowing you to find a restorative and relaxing savasana.

This practice is suitable for all levels, whether this is your first yoga class or you're a seasoned practitioner. Jenn firmly believes that yoga is for everybody in every body, offering variations and modifications for each posture, allowing you to explore what works for your individual needs.

$10 per person. Water bottle and towel suggested. Yoga mats available at no cost.

We'll bend, we'll laugh, and if you’re up for it, stick around after class to enjoy a delicious beer brewed right onsite! (Beer NOT included in price)
