🏊🏼 Masters Swimming, on a University Campus, in an Olympic size pool 🏊🏼‍♀️

United States Masters Swimming (USMS) is a national organization that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics and workshops for adults aged 18 and over.
Programs are open to all adult swimmers (fitness, triathlete, competitive, non-competitive) who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming.
All USMS programs are designed to help swimmers improve fitness and/or train for specific goals, and offer active support for a healthy lifestyle through friendship, and camaraderie.

Long Course: ~ March → Sept

Short Course: ~ October → February

Mornings:

MO,WE,FR: 5:45 - 6:45am

Lunch:

M,T,W,T,F: 12 - 1pm

Evenings:

TU,TH: 6 - 7pm

Saturday:

SAT: 7 - 8:15am

We emphasize stroke technique as well as fitness.
We serve all levels of swimmer from novice to world-class athletes.
Our workouts are modified to meet the age, skill level, physical condition and goals of the individual swimmer.
