A freelance UX designer.
"My utmost desire is to solve user pain points and put smiles on their faces."
I've got a conviction that character is the bedrock of success. With character, you can perform your role as a UX designer and build trust for success. You can avoid deception patterns, implicit bias, etc.
Having served in the military for about 13 years as a commissioned officer, I live by the honour code, which goes as follow:
The safety, honour and welfare of your country come first, always and every time, in this case the users. The honour, welfare and comfort of the men you command come next, your team in this case come next. Your own ease, comfort and safety come last, always and every time.
As long as I practice this, I always put users front and centre, no matter what.
