2-parameter pandemic description

4 possible situations:

  • ERI > 1

EPI > 1. Red zone: high risk of an exponential growth.

EPI < 1. Orange/Amber zone: moderate risk, the next wave may be large if it starts now.

  • ERI < 1

EPI > 1. Yellow zone: moderately low risk, with the potential to move to a higher level.

EPI < 1. Green zone: low risk.
