The Filing Cabinet
Much of the manual form filling involved in running a club within EDMSl has been removed by Whole Game. This section remains, to provide a home for documents that are still needed by Club Secretaries rather than Managers.
League Membership
Applications for League Membership are taken by the League during May every season. The Deadline for entry is 19th May. Clubs should use the Membership form linked below to register. Existing clubs will be sent registration forms. New Clubs should note the following Information:
Clubs are required to be England Accredited, and within the Southampton Divisional FA Area.
Admission to the League is via an existing club vote at the AGM.
If the age group capacity has been reached from existing clubs, new clubs will not be allowed to join at that age group.
By 31st July in any Playing season Clubs are required to have:
Paid the Joining Invoice
Have registered the minimum number of players on Whole Game
Have registered a fully qualified manager against the team on Whole Game (one manger one team)
Have completed and submitted a League Team Registration for each team.
Comply with Joinng Requirements as laid down in EDMSL League rules.
Failure to achieve the above will result in the Team being removed from the League.
