This summer, I have continued to talk to teachers, answer questions and listen to concerns. I am also meeting with the administrators at the district office to advocate for our members rights.

We will start our monthly Representative Assembly in August. These meetings are open to everyone so if you are interested please come on by or join us online. Otherwise, get your questions/concerns to your Site Representative so that they may bring them to the meeting.

Interestingly, CEA did not have a contract to begin with. We fought for one. Not until the 60’s did teachers have:
