Teens on Target
TNT is a Violence Prevention program that develop and train youth leaders into becoming mentors to their peers and middle school students in the Oakland community. The topics we cover range from gun violence, relationship abuse, to peer pressure. Our youth leaders also get a stipend every month for their participation. $$

Bay Area Urban Debate League
Urban Debate League helps students become experts in critical reading, writing, and argumentation. In a debate, a deep understanding of text and argument makes the difference between victory and defeat. Critical reading, thoughtful speaking, and original research are skills that debaters spend countless hours of their own time mastering.

REAL HARD
REAL HARD is an after school youth leadership program that focuses on leadership skill development, political education, and participant action research so student leaders can engage their peers in campaigns to improve school culture and climate and increase equity for students furthest from opportunity. $$

Drivers Ed
Online drivers education is a fun and effective way to earn your license and or prepare you for the test. Each lesson is packed with an interactive feature that helps make traffic laws and driving safety easy to understand.

Digital Story Telling: My Story, Our Story, History (MOH)
Students will be provided short readings, have time to reflect, and have discussions to stimulate conversations about the world we live in. Students will utilize the journal entries to create stories, songs, raps, or spoken word pieces. Students will then utilize images that connect to their story to create their personal digital story.

Soccer Without Borders
Soccer Without Borders uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change, providing international students and other under-served youth with a toolkit to overcome obstacles and experience growth, inclusion, and personal success. They will be holding virtual soccer practices, lessons, and SEL coaching sessions

Knight Ambassador
Knight Ambassador is a student leadership program that provides students with the opportunity to work with Program Leads to co-facilitate Knight Time and Knight Success programming. Students must have completed at least 1 semester of programming to apply.

PASS-2 is a peer mentorship program that that peer-to-peer model of relationship building and information sharing. CastleWorks: Love Cultivating Schools
We need your help to continue to keep our garden growing and thriving. As a Internr, we are entrusting you to plan for the future and take care of crops we will be planting in the farm, or native plants for your home. Make recipes at home for your community! Pick up farm fresh meal kits with recipes attached to Reactivate Your Health and Connect with Your Village. Students will prepare recipes in their home kitchens, document their meals, and get feedback from their families.

PBC's mission is to use community events, culture building, and traveling as avenues for developing and supporting 9th-12th grade students of East Oakland. We want our youth to have a foreign experience of traveling to developing countries so that they can return with a different outlook on life to improve their lives in our community. Currently closed.

Gay Straight Alliance (GSA)
GSA unite LGBTQ+ and allied youth to build community and organize around issues impacting them in their schools and communities. GSAs have evolved beyond their traditional role to serve as safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth in middle schools and high schools, and have emerged as vehicles for deep social change related to racial, gender, and educational justice
