Please click on your program name to download the progress report form. Please read your audits and fill out the form (see below for helps on reading the audit). You need to send the completed form to yli49@albany.edu one day before your in person visit or with any inquiring emails. Please rename the file in the form as "Year_Semester_LastName_FirstName", for instance, "2016_Fall_Li_Yue".
My office hour this semester is Monday and Wednesday 11:25-12:25 PM in BA 108D.
Please keep your records and update the information each semester. Note that you are responsible for providing accurate information and for checking audits to see whether graduation requirements are satisfied.
