Students start to learn the Pal Jung Do poomse as yellow tags after their first grading. As a white belt we teach the students our Basic Pattern, which consists of 17 basic movements.

Each Pal Jung Do pattern follows the same basic shape and the poomse starts and finishes in the same location.
