Basic Kicks

You will learn about the basic kicks in Tae Kwon Do. Specially those which are required in the Poomsae Taegeuk Il Jang - Pal Jang (Taegeuk 1-8).

Stretch Kick
Stretch Kick is a kick which you take as high as possible without bending your knee.

Front-Snap Kick
Front Kick is a kick in which you do the following steps.
  • Bend your knee and raise it as high as possible.
  • Push your kick forward and back.
  • Bring your knee back in the fighting stance.
