Yogurty Nooch and Tahini Sauce or Dip

Makes 1 serving

  • 3/4 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • dash of salt
  1. Mix the yogurt and the nutritional yeast until well blended, then add the tahini and salt and mix again. 
  2. Spoon on top of your favorite noodles or zoodles, or use as a dip with fresh veggies.
