Low Fat 'Faux' Hummus

Makes about 1-1/2 cups  

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Balkan style fat free plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • dashes of salt, pepper, and cumin
  1. Blend all ingredients till the mixture is the texture you like.
