Homemade Balsamic Ketchup

Makes 1 cup

  • 1 small can tomato paste (in Canada 5.5 oz, in the U.S. I believe they are 6 oz.)
  • 3/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Place in storage container.
  3. Refrigerate and use as desired.
