High Fibre Egg White Muffins

Makes 6 muffins

  • 1 cup egg whites (or 8 egg whites)
  • 2 Tbs Ultimate Daily Cleanse
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of Stevia
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Beat all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  6. Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to one day.

Per serving of 2 muffins, no toppings.
