Ham and Egg Baskets

Makes 1 basket

  • 1 very thin slice deli ham
  • 1 egg
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F

  2. Lightly coat muffin cups with non-stick spray.

  3. Fold the ham over itself so it fits into a muffin cup.

  4. Break the egg into the ham cup.

  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, depending upon how firm you like your egg yolk to be.

  6. Remove to a plate and serve with salt and pepper.
