Chocolate Protein and Bean Brownies

Makes 16 servings

  • 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and peeled
  • 3 Tbs water
  • 50 g GNS Beyond Raw chocolate brownie protein powder
  • 2 tsp Splenda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine the beans, water, protein powder and Splenda and mix with blender or food processor.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into a 8x8 cake pan that has been coated with a non-stick spray.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into 16 squares.
