Policies

Library cards are free to all residents of Wayne County who can show an ID with a current address or provide a piece of mail to verify

a new address with an ID that is not current.

Lending Periods:

• Books and magazines - 3 weeks, renewable, 10 cents per day if returned after due date

• Movies - 1 week, not renewable, $1.00 per day if returned after due date

Books can be borrowed on your behalf from other libraries (interlibrary loan) no cost, 4 titles at a time.
