NEW! Cardio Tennis

Come and join us at Wanborough Tennis club for the start of a BRAND NEW CLASS.

Cardio Tennis is a great fitness workout for the whole body; although you will be playing Tennis the main focus is getting a cardio workout.

Sessions will be running on the following days:

Tuesdays at 1.30-2.15pm (Cardio + Tots Tennis)

Saturdays at 1.30-2.15pm (Cardio)

Please note that on Tuesdays Cardio Tennis we will also be running a “Tots” Tennis coaching session for Children aged 3-4years old, this means you can come along and bring the Children for some Tennis too.
