I agree with a lot what you say, how ever unlike other countries we have the acc act, this means we should all protect ourselves at all times .I witnessed many years ago down ferry road a young child being hit by a bus, that child died, had she at the time had a helmet on I think she would have survived. how ever passengers on these vehicles I do not see a great need for them, if they resemble the ones that are in use now in Christchurch .I think any small business should be promoted by council .yours Tony Gibson
