We also run an affiliation scheme that allows clubs to use the UKAHFT name when advertising shoots which means travelling shooters know what rules/format to expect when attending such an event.
The UKAHFT National Series consists of 9 events each year where your best 6 scores count towards the final League placings
UKAHFT events are open to everyone 9 years of age or older who aren't exempt from shooting under Section 21 of the Firearms Act.
There is no minimum specification of equipment used at our events as long as they do not exceed 12ft/lbs muzzle energy
We have a number of entry classes:
Open class (PCP
rifles and semi recoiling rifles of .177 or .20 calibre)
Juniors 9-13 years of age (Aged
between 9 and 13)
Juniors 14-16 years of age (Aged
between 14 and 16)
Ladies Class (Ladies with PCP or semi recoiling rifles of .177 or .20 calibre)
Recoiling Class (All
recoiling rifles whatever calibre)
.22" class (PCP
rifles and semi recoiling rifles of .22 or .25 calibre) Veteran Class (Shooters aged 60years or over on the first shoot of the season) |
