Hiking

There are several active U3A Helderberg hiking groups, accommodating various levels of fitness, interest and experience. Day outings are offered mainly on Tuesdays, notified in advance via the hiking Gmail group. The hikes take you to a variety of outdoor venues in surrounding areas and further afield, including the Peninsula, Boland and Overberg.
