Rising out the South Platte River Valley, the striking plateau known as the Peetz Table stands high above its surroundings. The Town of Peetz serves as the center for agriculture, support services, educational and recreational activities on the plateau. The level landscape of the table is located midway between two major county seats of the plains, Sterling, Colorado and Sidney, Nebraska. This allows for both a true rural lifestyle with urban services, making the community truly the "Top of the Plains."

This website is currently under construction by the Web Design class at Peetz High School. If you have a problem or something that needs to be added, please email raffelsonl@peetzschool.org.

PEETZ 100 YEARS 1917-2017
We are getting closer to our 100th Anniversary Celebration on September 29th and 30th, 2017!  The Town wants to make this year's parade one to remember so please help by putting out the word to anyone that might like to put in a float, cars, tractors, horses or any other entry.  We are also putting together a display for the history of Peetz and would love to have your family represented in the display.  Please contact Dawn at towncl@peetzplace.com, stop by Town Hall at 621 Main Street, call her at 970-334-2473 or contact Sandy Vallier with any information you would like to include in our big celebration.
Let's make the 100th celebration one to remember!
Thanks!
