We limit bookings at TihsreeD to 20 per year. Remember, deposit payments are fully refunded up to 45 days prior to your stay.
Rental Rates for The Lodge (sleeps 18 or under):
$ 995 per night, minimum rental of 3 nights. $4,300 per week (6 nights and 7 days). Additional nights added to a full week rental are $625.
*$700 Security/Damage deposit, fully refunded post check out inspection.
Rental Rates for The Cabin (sleeps 18 or under):
$ 895 per night, minimum rental of 3 nights. $4,100 per week (6 nights and 7 days). Additional nights added to a weekly rental are $625.
*$700 Security/D-amage deposit, fully refunded post check out inspection.
Rental Rates for The Apartment (sleeps 6 or under):
$ 250 per night, minimum rental of 2 nights. $ 1,100 per week (6 nights and 7 days). Additional nights added to a weekly rental are $125.
*$400 Security/Damage deposit, fully refunded post check out inspection.
$2,100 per rental period. (Only available mid week during May 15 to Oct 15 or unless booked 4 months or less in advanced for weekends).
*$1,000 Security/Damage deposit, fully refunded post check out inspection.
Event Rates: Lodging and The Great Hall
Entire TihsreeD (The Lodge, The Cabin, and The Apartment and The Great Hall): 4 days/3 nights is $14,950; or 6 days/5 nights is $18,500, plus 3.9% tax. Overnight Accommodations for up to 42 and all the items listed above. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $1,000)
Upper TihsreeD (The Lodge, The Apartment, and The Great Hall): 4 days/3 nights is $11,825 or 6 days/5 nights is $13,675, plus 3.9% tax. Overnight Accommodations for up to 24 and all the items listed above. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $1,000)
Great Hall at TihsreeD (The Great Hall and The Apartment): 1 day rental for your ceremony and reception is $5,100, plus 3.9% tax. Available only for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Day of event guests only with no Overnight Accommodations. (Total Security/Damage deposit of $700)
Elopements: Custom welcome basket, flowers, ceremony, photos, celebration (cake, champagne, dinner) and overnight accommodations for wedding couple and up to 16 additional guests. Other requirements:
50% of rental fee paid in advance at booking (guarantees availability)
Full refund for cancellations 45 or more days in advance of stay.
All Events/gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy per lodging accommodation will incur a $1,400/per event fee.
A sales lodging tax of 3.9% will be added to all reservations.
For Events such as weddings and corporate gatherings "day of event" insurance is required.
*** For events or weddings, please contact owners. TihsreeD can host weddings of approximately 100 and has overnight accommodations on site or very nearby for 50+ guests.
