Thrapston Bowls Club welcomes people of all ages and abilities with an inclusive policy for match selection. It also has an active social events calendar for club members and their guests.

The Green is open from the end of April through to October each year. If you have previously played bowls, or would like to learn, please pop in and see us, you will be made most welcome. New members can be given advice on equipment as well as coaching if required.  To get started you don’t need any equipment other than a set of training shoes, we’ll provide bowls and someone to help you along. If you are interested please click on the ‘Contact Us’ page and give a club member a ring or just come along on a Friday evening and have a chat. Details of membership can been found on our 'Membership' page.

Spring 2018 saw the opening of our new clubhouse extension which will benefit members and visitors both on match days and regular social events (see ‘Social Events’ page).

Members are welcome to use the facilities for friendly games (‘roll ups’) with other members, compete in the annual internal and inter club competitions or enter with other members into the County and National Championships. The Ladies, Men’s & the Under 25 teams have been very successful, both at County and National Championship levels over many years.
