2019 - Science Communication in the Age of “Fake News”: The Role of Science in the Media – round table panel with members of the media and research community discussing the role of science in media.

2018 - PechaKucha 20x20 Calgary "Trials"– public engagement evening run by Alberta Theater Projects on the future of cancer immunotherapy trials.

2018 - Immunology in the Classroom, led an education outreach program in Centennial High School in Calgary were faculty and trainees from the University of Calgary led a round-table discussion of what immunology is and how it affects the everyday lives of the students.

2014 - Co-organizer, Alberta Sepsis Network World Sepsis Day community engagement event at the Telus Spark Science Center
