RESERVATIONS & NOTIFICATIONS Updated applications must be submitted every year as required by the State - new application. All cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the service that is being cancelled. Otherwise, you are financially responsible for payment of that service.        Completing the above online forms reserves your child's space in our program for 7 days. If you are new to our program or your application is old, you must submit a new application. Application and first service's payment must be completed prior to your child's spot is guaranteed. |
