$15 per child and $40 max per family

Why?  -  Date Night, Christmas shopping, birthday shopping, anniversary diner, take in a movie or just a little relaxing at home. 

Our evening is jammed packed, for the children, and full of many activities for all participants.  This program is open to all school aged children currently in grades K-8.  The cost is $15 per child and not to exceed $40 per family.  That means if you have three or four children attending, your cost will be $40.  

Diner is provided and is cheese and pepperoni pizza.  If your child cannot eat these, please let us know and provide your child with an alternative diner for the evening.

All proceeds go towards Apex United Methodist Church's Appalachia Service Project.  Most of our staff will be donating their wages, with company matching, to benefit this awesome service project.  

Check in time will be from 6 to 6:20.  Our check in desk will close at 6:30 to assist with diner and the rest of Parent's Night Out activities.  Pickup time has to be by 9:30.

What do you need to do to have your child participate?  
  1. Register online by selecting the "Registration Button" and complete all required information
  2. Print out the application, complete and bring it with you
  3. Pay $15 per child and family max is $40 at the door
  4. Arrive between 6:00 and 6:20 to check in your child and turn in your forms and payment (Cash only please)
If your child needs any medication, a "Permission to Medicate" form must be provided.
