Terms and Conditions
1) Any offer is independent of any other offer and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offers and promotions apply to one person and
one service per visit and are not accumulable.
2) Offers may apply to certain services or members of staff only. We will attempt to publicise such information, but cannot be held responsible for
any error in doing so.
3) To receive a promotional stamp related to any offer, you must have completed at least one paid salon service that includes a head of extensions
and/or maintenance work that conforms to these terms and conditions or the stated terms and conditions of that offer at the time of issue of
aforementioned stamp.
4) Any promotional or special offer card(s) and vouchers offered have no cash value and are not reimbursable.
5) There will be an additional charge for technical services that require extra hair (ie: somebody with extra thick hair needs more than the average
full head of extensions). There is an extra charge of €35 per pack of extra hair used on a client. This must be clarified by you with your stylist
before commencement of your appointment to avoid confusion.
6) Stylistics Beauty Ltd. reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw any offer, promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any time
without prior notice and at their discretion. You should revisit this informational page or ask your stylist should you require more information.
7) There will be additional travel charges of €1 per mile to cover fuel costs for areas outside Dublin and journeys within Dublin that are over a 20minute drive.
8) All terms and conditions of our competitions that are running at present will be found under 'Offers at present' below

Offers at present
1) Discounts for groups of 2 or more people
10% discount if 2 people are booked in to have extensions done
15% discount if 3 people are booked in to have extensions done
20% discount if 4 or more people are booked in to have extensions done
Discount is deducted when final head of extensions has been completed
This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Once you have done this you will then be entered into our competition.
The competition runs from Tuesday 12th November 2013 until Early December 2013
You must keep 'Stylistics Hair Extensions' as a friend/like on Facebook until the closing date of the competition and you must not delete the post/share of our photo/page until the closing date of the competition. Otherwise competition is void
Winners of the competition will receive either a free full head of hair extensions (microrings, keratin bonds or microwefts) single strands or wefts/A voucher towards hair extensions/A mystery prize and many more prizes
Prize must be used within 6months of the date you receive it
A winner will be chosen Early December 2013, announced on our/their Facebook page and notified by mail on Facebook.
The winner will be given exactly one week from date and time of closing to respond to the mail and claim their prize. Otherwise competition is void

By agreeing to these terms of service you understand that you are releasing all liabilities to your extension specialist.
Your service will be performed exactly how it has been explained to you. If at any point the service is not being performed exactly how it has been explained, notify your stylist during the service so these issues can be addressed.
Deposits, cost of hair extension products used and travel costs are non refundable. Once the service is complete, no refunds will be given.
If there is any problem with your service afterwards, you have a 30 day period in which to notify your stylist about it. After the 30 day period, no assessment alteration or refund will be given. The problem will be assessed by your stylist. If it is by fault of your hair stylist, a repair to your style will be given free of charge. No refund will be given if the problem can be altered and repaired by your stylist. If the problem is due to your own doing, there will be no alteration, repair or refund given. If your extensions have been altered by another stylist/person or if they have been removed there will be no assessment made and no alteration and/or refund will be given.
You will be given a hair extension aftercare sheet when your hair extensions have been completed. In order for your hair extensions to stay in the best possible quality, you must follow the instructions you are given. By signing this form you are agreeing to follow the hair care instructions you are given.
This service is guaranteed for the recommended life of the style. The service guarantee does not cover normal wear, alterations or damage due to not following hair care instructions.
Repairs and maintenance of your style must be scheduled in advance. We will try to make acceptions for ''hair emergencies''.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for services we consider over and above normal service covered by our standard rates. You will be notified before your fitting if any additional services are necessary.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The information you have given us apart from before and after pictures and client reviews which will only be shared with your approval is confidential and will not be shared with anybody other than the staff of Stylistics Beauty Ltd.
We are here to serve you to the best of our ability. If you have any problems, questions
or concerns, please notify us.
