Enchant, DSOUNDFONT Ultimate and DSOUNDFONT Gaming Edition are free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

Notice: Fluid parts and a bandoneon are under the MIT license, not the GPL.

In the case of DSOUNDFONT Ultimate/DSOUNDFONT Gaming Edition, all of the samples are freely licensed under compatible licenses to the GPL. As to quote it in Stgiga's words, I am not redistributing currently paid material.

All other Soundfonts in the DSOUNDFONT family (Starting with the 4.03 release) are released into the public domain using the CC0 copyright waiver.

Releases 4.02 and earlier are licensed under the CC-BY-NC 4.0 license. They are no longer public domain because the explosion sound was restricted. It was created by Cydon and was put under the CC-BY-NC 3.0 license.
