consisted of a tethered rotating-wing platform with an operational ceiling of 300 meters and an endurance of 24 hours operation time. The Dornier
Do 32K was designed for use as an emergency transmitter aerial, as a relay and directional communications
system, and for reconnaissance and
meteorological measurements.
