Reiki is great if you need to relax

I have never had Reiki before and never even heard of it until I met Cindy. I don’t feel that I really suffer from any ailments as I am pretty healthy, but I do find it hard to relax, and Cindy said she could help me with that. I was a little skeptical the first time I had Reiki done on me back in Dec 2013. I did relax some but I really could not tell a difference in how I felt.

As time went on and after a few more sessions I started to feel something much more on a deeper level, and I feel more in tune with my mind body and spirit. I feel much more relaxed and feel blessed that I have had the opportunity to meet Cindy and be introduced to things I have never known about such as Reiki and Crystals and Singing bowls.

I live two hours away so I don’t get as many sessions as I like, I am going to try her distance Reiki. I still don’t quite understand how all this works but I highly recommend Reiki and Cindy to show you a much calmer and focused way of life.

Very caring and professional
I've worked with counselors for my PTSD and when I found Cindy’s card I thought I would give Reiki a try. Reiki has truly made the difference I've been looking for. I was at a point of feeling frustrated and discouraged because I've tried so many things and yet I keep finding myself in the same place facing the same heartache and challenges. After just two sessions I already feel a difference in my energy I am calmer and more at ease in general. And, this is only the beginning. Cindy is very gentle, patient and truly magical in that she's a powerful healer but also a wonderful listener and incredibly intuitive. I appreciate that she has worked on a sliding scale with me. I'm really looking forward to the rest of this journey of healing!

About Reiki

Reiki is a spiritual practice developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui, which has since been adapted by various teachers of varying traditions. It uses a technique commonly called palm healing or hands on healing as a form of alternative medicine and is sometimes classified as oriental medicine by some professional medical bodies. Through the use of this technique, practitioners believe that they are transferring universal energy (i.e., reiki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
