Research

My long-term research interest is in design, development, delivery and evaluation of interactive technologies to improve healthcare service delivery and lifestyle, including mobile applications, robotics, and emering technologies. My current research contributes towards improving HRI and HCI. My previous work involved interactive interfaces, remote laboratories for distance learning, artificial robotic ‘skin’ and touch interpretation in human-robot interaction.

Masters and PhD projects available: If you are interested in doing a Masters or a PhD on human-robot interaction, assistive devices and automated methods of human behaviour and human affect analysis. Please get in touch.
