Tenant User Liability Insurance Program (TULIP)

The Silver Falls School District requires all users of the district facilities to carry liability insurance in the event of damage or destruction of district property.  If your organization does not carry liabililty insurance either directly or through a parent organization, low-cost, third-party insurance coverage may be purchased using the tenant user liability insurance program (TULIP).
This insurance must show minimum limit of coverage of $1,000,000 for each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage.  It is very important that the "Silver Falls School District" is specifically named as an additional insured directly on the form.
Proof of insurance will be required to be presented to the facilities management coordinator prior to building/athletic field use approval.
You can visit www.ebi-ins.com/tulip to purchase the required insurance coverage.  When doing so, please use Facility/Venue/Entity ID of OB81-230.  You will know you entered the correct information when you see that the District's mailing address on 802 Schlador St. loaded as the facility information.
