Marker issues in emails sent

Adding <<markers>> in your Gmail draft is easy. But if you have edited a lot your draft (or created your draft not in Gmail but somewhere else like Google Inbox), it might contain some invisible HTML tags that are breaking YAMM ability to search & replace markers.

In that case, simply select the faulty marker in your draft and click on the 'Remove Formatting' button in Gmail draft editor. This should remove all invisible HTML tags causing issues.

Some specific markers might also cause problems. Those are the ones with a number before, such as <<1day>>, <<2day>>, <<3day>> etc. YAMM might detect only the first marker, resulting in showing the content of the first one for all the markers of the email. To deal with this issue, you just need to modify the name of your markers, for example replacing the number behind them.

Remind that the markers from your draft have to match exactly the headers from your spreadsheet, including upper/lower cases. Learn more about markers.
