Fr Michael Ryan


Born in Coventry, West Midlands, Fr Michael attended St Andrew's Primary School in Falkirk and then, when the family moved to Kent, he went to St Michael's Primary School in Chatham.

Fr Michael's Secondary School was St John Fisher in Chatham and his priestly studies were conducted at St John's Seminary, Wonersh from 1991 to 1996.

From 1996 to 1997 he served his Diaconate at St Vincent de Paul, Clapham Common.

On 14th June 1997 Fr Michael was Ordained Priest at St Michael's church in Chatham.

Priestly Ministry:

1997 - 1999 = Holy Innocents Church, Orpington, Kent

1999 - 2003 = Chaplain, Kings College Hospital, London

2004 - 2011 = Sacred Heart Church, Sittingbourne, Kent

2015  St Simon Stock Church, Walderslade, Kent
