 Reno Business license required for all exhibitors.  Please provide a photocopy or $15 for the temporary permit.

As per city ordinance, please leave your four-legged fur-babies at home. 

Booth spaces are 10x10.  Additional booth space can be purchased. 

We cannot offer indoor booths, tables, tents or electricity.

 Participants are responsible for:

·         providing your own shade tent/canopy

·         set-up display

·         table(s) & chairs

You cannot put stakes in the ground, so bring sand bags or water jugs to hold your shade steady. 

 Please remember

·         This is a family-friendly event and is a public venue.

·         We ask that you leave the area you use clean and in an orderly manner after the event.

Pre-registration is requested for all exhibitors.  Collection and payment of NV state sales tax is the sole responsibility of the vendor.  The event staff, sponsoring groups, and/or the City of Reno are not responsible for lost or stolen items or any damages incurred on the grounds of the event
